Our 12-month engagement is designed to strategically build your brand from the ground up, one deliberate phase at a time. Each phase builds on the last, ensuring your brand doesn’t just look good, but functions with clarity, consistency, and purpose across all channels.

Phase 1

Brand Discovery & Positioning

We begin with a deep strategic exploration of your business. This phase is focused on understanding your mission, values, audience, and market. The outcome is a clear brand foundation: your voice, tone, and positioning. These will inform every creative and strategic decision moving forward.

  • LaunchPad includes foundational brand discovery and basic positioning aligned with the client needs.

    Momentum expands with more comprehensive research and strategic insight.

    Pinnacle offers an in-depth discovery process and refined positioning tailored for competitive, growth-stage brands.

Phase 2

Visual Identity Development

With a strong strategic base in place, we translate your brand essence into a compelling visual identity. This includes logo exploration, typography systems, color palettes, and brand elements that express your story with clarity and emotional resonance. All assets are compiled into a usable brand guide to ensure consistency.

  • LaunchPad offers 2 logo directions and options with essential guidelines (color, typography, logo use), along with 2 stationery items and an email signature.

    Momentum introduces 3 directions, visual patterns, a broader visual system including 4 stationery items, an email signature, and a 5-slide branded PowerPoint presentation template.

    Pinnacle includes 3 directions and options with full visual guidelines: patterns, iconography, and extended identity elements. It also includes 6 stationery items, an email signature, and a fully designed 10-slide PowerPoint template for polished brand communication.

Phase 3

Digital Presence Launch

Next, we bring your brand to life across digital platforms. This includes the design and launch of a mobile-optimized website, foundational SEO setup, and activation of your social media channels. We establish a cohesive online presence that reflects your brand values and connects with your audience effectively.

  • LaunchPad delivers a 2-page responsive website with platform setup and basic visual integration.

    Momentum expands with a 3-page website and basic SEO.

    Pinnacle provides a full 5-page site with enhanced SEO, ADA compliance, Google Analytics integration, and advanced content support.

Phase 4

Growth, Content & Support

In this final, ongoing phase, we focus on visibility, engagement, and refinement. We produce and publish consistent content (social media, blogs, visuals), monitor performance, and optimize based on analytics. You also receive regular reports, platform management, and access to support for evolving brand needs.

  • LaunchPad offers 4 static posts/month, basic platform scheduling, and quarterly analytics.

    Momentum doubles that, adds 18 motion posts/year, blog graphics, and bi-monthly reports with limited engagement.

    Pinnacle runs as a full growth ecosystem: 12 posts/month including 36 motion graphics/year, full engagement management, competitor analytics, and monthly consultations.

On-Demand Brand Assets

Some brand assets are produced based on your business calendar, campaign schedule, or event needs. These include:

If any of these assets are not used during the engagement period, they will be delivered as editable templates for future deployment. This ensures you still walk away with a complete brand system.
