Armad Creative is expanding in the Gulf, and we’re seeking a territory-based closer with the drive to secure high-value contracts across premium creative solutions, from brand growth and social media to e-commerce and real estate marketing.

The Mission
Close fourteen (14) long-term Creative Service retainers and premium contracts across Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar through targeted outreach and relationship-driven sales. Position Armad Creative as the partner of choice for businesses seeking creative solutions that deliver measurable and lasting impact.

Earning Potential
Retainers: 10% commission
Projects:
$5K–$10K = 15%
$10K–$25K = 12%
$25K+ = 10%
Bonuses:
$1,000 at $50K+ per quarter
+3% if 3+ new clients in the first 45 days
