Creative Leadership Grounded in Purpose
Design Lead on High-Impact Campaigns
Sarine has built a career around developing thoughtful branding and visual communication for high-profile, international initiatives. She has led visual identity design across a range of impactful projects:
Europe Day 2023 – EU in Armenia: Developed the full event branding and visibility, crafting a cohesive visual system that translated European values through a local lens.
UNDP Innovation in Action: Created a bold, event-focused brand that celebrated innovation and community-driven solutions.
Deem Communications Rebrand: Reimagined the agency’s full brand identity and managed its design consistency and brand presence for over three years.
Technical Assistance for the Development of the Geographical Indication “Armenian Brandy”: Designed the full bilingual (English/Armenian) branding and merchandise for this EU-funded initiative focused on promoting Armenia’s Geographical Indications under CEPA Article 237.
Her portfolio of work, available at behance, reflects a consistent philosophy: every color, line, and shape must carry meaning and contribute to the brand’s story.
Guiding Vision and Design Culture
As a Design Director, Sarine leads and oversees every stage of the creative process, working in close partnership with creative directors and teams to achieve excellence in concept and execution. She plays a key role in shaping internal design culture, supporting designers at the start of their careers, and building teams grounded in clarity, critique, and craft.
An International Design Perspective
Born in Lebanon and holding a BA in Graphic Design, Sarine began her career working in the Lebanese and Saudi Arabian markets. She contributed to regional design and communication projects, including developing the online presence for major automotive clients like Ford and Lincoln (Mynaghi) in the KSA market, balancing global standards with cultural specificity.
Today, Sarine is recognized for her clear, strategic approach to branding, where visuals are never decorative, but intentional. To her, design is successful only when it communicates the message it’s meant to convey.
