Armad Creative is expanding in the United Arab Emirates, and we’re looking for a territory-based closer who understands the UAE’s business culture and can build strong relationships with ambitious founders, creators, and growth-driven businesses.

Close eight (8) high-value clients in the UAE per year by cultivating deep-fit relationships with decision-makers seeking growth through brand, content, and creative solutions. Guide potential partners into a creative ecosystem that blends global quality.
What You’ll Be Selling
Cultivated Brand Growth: Pinnacle (Retainer)
Digital Marketcraft: Full Commerce Suite (Contract)
Dynamic Social Growth: Engagement Pro (Retainer) *2
Immersive Real Estate Marketing (Retainer)
Crossroads of Cinema: Director’s Cut (Contract)
Frames of Imagination – Frames Ready (Contract) *2
Earning Potential
Retainers: 10% commission
Projects:
$5K–$10K = 15%
$10K–$25K = 12%
$25K+ = 10%
Bonuses:
$1,000 at $50K+ per quarter
+3% if 3+ new clients in the first 45 days

You are:
Fluent in English and Arabic
Well-networked in the UAE business and creative community
Performance-driven, not hours-driven
Comfortable with cold outreach and closing high-value deals
Your Weekly Activity Goals
20+ DMs or emails per week (approximately 80 per month)
5+ discovery calls per week (15–20 per month)
1–2 proposals per week (4–6 per month)
1–2 closings per month ($15K–$20K revenue)
